2)Easy to Change: The mold is designed for easy size changeover. You can quickly switch from making one pipe size to another.

3)Smooth Surface: The inside of the mold is polished to a mirror finish. This makes the inside of your pipe very smooth, making it easy to pull cables through.

3. Corrugator and Cooling Unit: For Strong Pipe Structure

1)Durable Mold Blocks: The corrugator uses strong iron mold blocks. They are precisely machined to form the perfect corrugated (ring) shape on the pipe.

2)Fast Vacuum Cooling: A vacuum system sucks the hot plastic onto the mold blocks to form the shape. The water spray system then cools it down quickly, making the pipe strong and rigid.
